The inquiry preparation tool

Entries are processed in the current browser page to prepare a preview, text download and email draft. The page does not automatically submit them to MERLIN or write them to persistent browser storage. Your browser may restore form entries according to its own settings.

You control email sending

Opening an email draft invokes your configured email application. Check the recipient and content and click Send yourself. Your email provider handles the transmission. If no mail application is configured, copy our email into webmail or download the inquiry as an attachment.

Share only necessary information

Provide only the business contact, part, specification, quantity and delivery information needed for the inquiry. Do not send passwords, identity or payment data, or unrelated sensitive material. Discuss confidentiality and scope before sharing restricted drawings or a complete BOM.

Website visits & external links

This release does not load third-party analytics or advertising trackers. Contact-action hooks contain no form values and are not uploaded without an analytics integration. Ad channel, campaign and landing path may be retained for this tab session and included in your inquiry; click identifiers are not retained. Hosting and network providers may still record access logs under their policies. External reference websites apply their own policies.
