Include rf, baseband and interface roles and phase-noise offsets or jitter band, plus the existing full code, sample and production quantities and delivery target. Discuss nominated international brands and domestic candidates separately, confirming parameters and documents by part.
Illustrative validation scenario
For a holdover requirement, log frequency error, temperature and recovery after reference loss alongside the system algorithm. A ppm grade alone does not determine synchronization accuracy.
