Review host inputs, supply noise, reference error and start-up. Loop performance also depends on sampling, algorithms, power stages and loads; source selection must fit the overall design.
Procurement and documentation
Include controller and acquisition chips and clock mode and timing sequence, plus the existing full code, sample and production quantities and delivery target. Discuss nominated international brands and domestic candidates separately, confirming parameters and documents by part.
Illustrative validation scenario
Include no-load, load transitions and supply corners in validation. Record clock and control waveforms without assuming a mechanical or control issue originates in the oscillator.
